Worth it: reducing COGS & FCF as limiter of growth

One of things I enjoy most about consulting is the constant learning. I have been fortunate to work with dozens of brand founders and leaders and have spoken with over a hundred more. Nothing beats direct experience with a challenge or solution. But I also find I can learn tons from other people’s experiences and so I consume books, posts, newsletters and podcasts. The problem is you have to wade through a lot of stuff to find the gems.

So, I thought I would share the best stuff I find and why I find it valuable. I am experimenting with the format (video), frequency (2X per week?) and themes (timely? by subject?).
